The Bible: Physical Healing

When we are in our Sunset Years

Psalm 92: 12: “The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat [strong] and flourishing;

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

2 Timothy 1:7 | For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

1 Corinthians 2:16 | For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Philemon 1:20 | | Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.

Psalm 105:37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

2 Samuel 22:34 | He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places.

See also Psalm 18: 33

What exactly is "hind’s feet?"

A hind is a female deer that can place her back feet exactly where her front feet stepped.

Not one inch off! She is able to run with abandonment!

In times of danger, she is able to run securely and not get "off track." The hind is able to scale unusually difficult terrain and elude predators.

Isaiah 5:27 None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:

Proverbs 4:12 When thou goest, thy steps shall not be [impeded] straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.

Isaiah 40: 31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Psalm 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
         And forget none of His benefits; 3Who pardons all your iniquities,
         Who heals all your diseases;

4Who redeems your life from the pit,
         Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;

5Who satisfies your years with good things,
         So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17And if we are children, then we are heirs: heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ— if indeed we suffer with Him, so that we may also be glorified with Him.

So we have the genes of Jesus

Gal 3:13-14 We are redeemed from the curse of the law, …[sickness, poverty, sin]. Redeemed from genetic or inherited diseases.

A long Life is promised to us:

Psalm 91: 16 With long life I will satisfy him and show Him My salvation.

Psalm 90: 10 As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, Or if due to strength, eighty years,

Genesis 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

When we are old, maybe God says to us “You are almost to my house, so why don’t you just come home with me?”
